I gedcomed from PAF to BK and then to CFT with no problem so I would think that PAF should GEDCOM direct to CFT without any problem too........bearing in mind that there will be some fields that will not transfer possibly due to the different fields but they should not be much to change manually if in fact it needs to happen at all.
