I have found - in my informal survey - that the reason that some of my CFTW friends have seen salmon pink on my home pages rather than the intended warm ivory was that their Win95 systems were still set to the default 8-bit (256) color rather than something higher. I can see no practical reason (correct me if I'm wrong) for keeping a system at 8-bit color when it's easily changed to 16-, 24-, or even 32-bit color. Go to My Computer/ Control Panel/ Display/ Settings/ Color palette and click on High or True Color, and OK. Then see whether the pages are still salmon pink. Hope this helps. Enough said.
