Ira, I have had many problems with both the back-up and the rebuild features in CFT-Win. I would get the 'line 160 error' or some other line error. I have recently traced this problem back to Norton's "Crash Guard." Someone at Symantec (Norton) explained that your program must access files in such a way that the crash guard detects it as a possible crash. The program is halted and may actually write over the file trying to eliminate the detected "problem." I was told to turn off Crash Guard when running CFT-Win. I made the decision to remove all traces from my computer just in case. Since then I have not had the back-up or rebuild line error problem. Jack Bowman Hickory, NC Ira J.
