Ira, I am running V2.27 32 bit, with Nortons Crash Guard, Nortons Utilities, Norton Anti Virus. I back up to the hard drive and sometimes to floppy as I put the information on a lap top from time to time when I want to show people remote from home. I have not had a problem with the backup at all. It will overwrite floppy or hard drive Ok if I do not change file name. If people have downloaded the "fix" on your site I would suggest that there is a problem with their system.
