Since Sigurd kindly replied to Ira's query to me about GEDPAGE, there's not much to add except, yes, it is downloadable shareware and it was Judie Abson's use of and help with GEDPAGE that inspired me to have a go at it. I got best results from CFTW by exporting 5.5 and ANSI. I also chose in CFTW to suppress living persons. Works just fine.
