Each source does have a number and you can enter a current source by entering a period and then the number - press tab key and the source will be filled in. Hallo Ira, I mean for example, the number of the certifcate, that a just married couple got. The regsitry office at Berlin is one source, and there are so many events. I cannot make a source with "Standesamt Berlin 1997/1" and the next one "Standesamt Berlin 1997/18" and the next "Standesamt Berlin 1997/365" and so on.
