Tracy - I had a similar problem; I found that if I used the "rebuild key files" thingy (please excuse the "technical" term) from the pull down menu at the top, the programme sorted it all out! What seems to cause it, more crucially, is in the difference between the "add" and "insert"; if you place your highlighted do dadd or arrow in between two events and then type add rather than insert, it seems to gum up the works. I have a rule - add at the the end, insert in between, and it seems to happen less often now. Hope this helps. Secondly, I have been unsubscribed for a few weeks - busy season for us in the tourist trade - has there been an updated version of the programme that I've missed? Only I notice from the recent correspondence that the sources thingy (that word again) seems to have been changed to do exactly what I have always wanted it to do .. I am using a particular book for a lot of information, and having hundreds of sources i.e Book page 1, Book page 2, etc is very tedious; it would be good if I could use one source for the book itself and then just have a sub list for the page number. Is that what it does? And if there was an update I missed, how can I get it? I did purchase the version I have, so I'm entitled, I think .. does this mean you have to be permanently subscribed to this list to get informed of updates?
