A tag can be any letter, word, phrase, or code, up to 25 characters. It may or not be capitalized, and it may or may not be followed by a colon." "To make notes that will be printed when you print family group records, type an exclamation point as the first character in the note (or tag). Do not leave a space after the exclamation point. When you print family group notes, the exclamation point will not be printed." Almost every note of mine in PAF had an exclamation point in front of it.
