This will be unfortunate bad news for me as I have hundreds of addresses (ADDR's) which comprise street address and place name if by "address" you mean, say, 1 Broadway, and by "place name" you mean, say, New York, New York. My placename list in v.2 comprises hundreds of entries with address+placename and hundreds of entries with just placename (e.g. BIRT, DEAT, BURI).
