Temporarily add a dummy record (unattached) to each of the databases - that will be identical people. The best thing to do is give it a surname starting with a couple of A's (such as /AADUMMY/) This way the program will find the matches immediately when you do a Merge Database. Now the Merge Database will match the two common people and then add all people from the two databases to a single new database. Do this one at a time for each of the six databases until they are all merged. Good luck. Ira ---------------------------------------------------------- Ira J.
