Hello Ira: When I publish a book I use the two sided function of a photocopier for the finished product. I keep a hard copy of each book printed by CFT, therefore parts of the book are photocopied numerous times. Since I may change one page of a report, depending on who is receiving the book, I use the "preview" function and then select a page to be printed instead of printing the full report. While working in the Print Index of Names window I noticed that it works different than the other preview windows. Its more of an annoying situation than a real problem. Wanting to print two copies of page one the steps from the Indexed Book window are; highlight Name Index, create (Index of Names window is opened), preview, print, select 1 to 1, ok (CFT returns to the Print Index of Names window), preview, print, select 1 to 1, ok. Now you have two pages of page 1 of the report, but they have different page numbers. The page number has advanced by the number of pages in the report. You must return to the "create" button to maintain the same page number. The Print Index of Names window is the only window that I have found that does this. I am using ver. 2.30. Jerry
