Now I did have a "chapter" to which I had not given a name and it did not appear in the contents AISTR but the two documents, one of only a few lines, still printed OK. Suggest some useful name for the blank pages be the text in that document. Say "Joes Photos" or "This page intentionally blank" as an experiment and then see what happens. Good luck!
