    3. Hi Sandra In Reports - print preview you have the option to print to a text file. No disrespect to Ira but I don't like the style of the reports or book so just use CFTW to assemble the information for each individual then export it as a textfile which I then edit in MS Word before finally assembling it as a book in .pdf format. 3. A Word Processor does give the most control to the user. I have created several books also and what I typically do is generate RTF reports from the Lineage RTF or Story RTF Book (File Menu - Publish). Those can be brought to a Word Document. Then I often will save pedigree charts (ancestry tree) diagrams in WMF format. Place those in the Word Document and crop it so the page number does not show. This can be done to almost all reports in CFT. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------- Mr. Ira J.
