You would need to firstly have a PDF creator installed on your system and then simply open the WMF file and print it to the PDF creator. But to be honest, if you have that then you might as well print the report directly to the PDF and ignore the WMF file. I can't imagine it would make commercial sense for Ira to add PDF creation support to the programme as the cost of adding this in license fees alone to Adobe would be high. My advice to you is to get a PDF writer of some sort and simply use it as a printer when generating reports from CFT.
