When I am in the Edit Individual screen and a source has been filled in, there appears to be no way to remove this source. I delete it, click the CLOSE button but when I enter the Edit Individual again, the source is still there. I can change the source from one to another but I don't want any source. How do I remove the Source from the Main Edit Individual tab? Removing a source from an EVENT poses no problem. I have done rebuild already. Karen Pastuzyn

There has to be something corrupted in your database. The remove source does work. I even just tested one now to see. I have used sources on all my individuals. I am baffled. If your database is not very large maybe you can ZIP and e-mail to me and I'll look at it. Ira ------------------------------------------------ Mr. Ira J. I tested 2.50x and 2.51x and I, too, found that the Source for the Edit Individual window can not be deleted, whereas it's OK in 3.07. If I may be permitted a question on v.2, what were the enhancements in 2.51x over 2.50x? This is not shown in the documentation. I remember that the CFTW prices were changed, but what of substance? I ask because I see that the files are quite different internally. 2.50x contains a series of c4....dll's and in 2.51x these are c5...dll's. 2.50x contains a series of cw2...32.dll's and cwfault..dll's, whereas in 2.51x these have been replaced entirely with mfc40.dll, mfcand32.dll, msvert20.dll, msvert40.dll, and oc30.dll. I am not asking for an explanation of these files, just the enhancements they made. The reason I ask is simply to gauge which to use (in conjuction with v.3)--right now I have all three on my desktop! JM
