Hi all, I'm just playing around with CFT, it's a lot better than Brother's Keeper! one thing, I don't have that many photos of the earlier part of the family, what I do have is a lot of signatures on BDM certificates that I've scanned in and want to put in the gallery section of the book (lets people know who could/couldn't write and how well educated people were), these are quite small and CFT seems to stretch the image, which in turn makes it look like it's been super zoomed in on and non-readable, is there a setting that I can turn on / off in CFT to stop it automatically streching images, or should I just create a bigger size image with the signature centred and surrounded by a lot of white space ? btw, A great product and well worth the money you are charging for it. Thanks in advance Michael.
CFT shouldn't stretch the image. Not sure why this is happening. The one possibility could be that most signatures are probably wider than they are taller and CFT is expecting things a bit more square or even taller than wider. But it is supposed to maintain the height to width ratio. If you want, email one sample signature photo to me and I'll take a look. (Don't send to the list, but to me directly.)
