    3. Hi Sven I suspect that CFT only uses the default printer. When you installed the new printer it reset the default setting. To change the default setting go to control panel, printers and faxes, right click on the pdf printer and set as default printer. You may have to change this back for your other programs. I have produced a large number of Family Stories for more or less distant relatives in Pdf-format using Acrobat Pdf-writer. As long as I had a Lexmark Writer for papercopies all printing from CFTW-reports except for rtf-reports was automatically directed to my Acrobat Pdf-writer Thus I could save my reports and indexed books for further burning into CD. At last my Lexmark became to old and yesterday I installed a new hp deskjet 5550. I still have my Acrobat as standard writer, but now it has become impossible for me to get in touch with my Acrobat writer from CFTV-reports! Even if I disconnect my deskjet my pressure on the printsign for CFTW reports leads mo to the new deskjet. Let me add that when using Words or Excel iI am still offered to choose between Acrobat and my deskjet.
