Hi Ian and guys, Okay, I'm still at the same place. When I check About, there is no 3.14c or 3.14d. Apparently, I'm not doing something correctly. I have never seen any request asking if I wish to overwrite cft.exe. I refer back to my original request to please give me detailed instructions on making these corrections. Please don't assume I really know what I'm doing. Thanks again.
