I have v3.07. When closing my database the auto backup feature saves the backup to the same folder as the database. This is pointless as the purpose of a backup is to have it on a different media. I have changed the backup drive and folder in the backup dialogue box and can backup to the correct drive and folder from there but the auto backup will not.
