    1. Re: [CFTW] Media Problem (probably user)
    2. I have also just tried attaching a JPG to an individual and have the same problem with no image showing on the main Family Group screen. I have followed your advice but it has not changed. Also, I cannot delete this JPG from the individual: I highlight the image description (in the Available) and press the Remove Media button but it does not remove the image. I have done a rebuild of my DB. Everything appears to work OK when I attach a JPG to an individual. The image is displayed in both available and selected portion of the Media tab. However, with the "Display photo on main window" box checked only an empty frame is displayed, no image. Try checking the Option Menu -> Database Configuration -> Database 1 Tab -> Media Folder. Is this set correctly? Try resetting it. Another problem I have seen recently is that internally there are blank or empty photos preceding the first photo. For now the only way to correct this is to go to the Media Tab in an Individual and highlight the first photo ont he "Selected" List. Then press the UP button (on top) several times. Then see if the photo shows up. >>

I have done a rebuild of my DB. I am uncertain when the bug mentioned was introduced but seems to be happening to several people. There are really only two fixes. 1. As before mentioned highlight the top image in Selected and press the UP button (I do not mean the up arrow - the button at top of window) - press it a dozen times or so then back and see if photo shows. 2. If your file ZIPped is a reasonable size then e-mail to me with a note and I'll manually repair it. I need to fix this next release. Ira ------------------------------------------------ Mr. Ira J.
