Any tips on how to handle name differences. The one I am working is BLOUGH vs. BLAUCH. The surviving name appears to be BLOUGH, so I am putting the full name as an alternate. Thus name: George R. /BLOUGH/ alt: George R. /BLAUCH/ I am doing this only for the generation where the change appears to have occurred, then carrying it back, but not forward. Any tricks on how to insert all these ALT's other than the copy feature? Ron Ronald H. No other special tricks. I sometimes write alternates in parenthesis: George R. /Blough (Blauch)/ But I do not think there is any standard.
