For Windows users who do not belong to the Unix world and have no clue about Emacs (even there is a good Win32 port of it), several editors include a regexp search/replace function which can make the trick for deleting all lines starting with "QUAY", for instance. I remember a thing named textpad, for instance.... Shareware...
