    1. [CENTRAL-HUNGARY] Advice needed
    2. Robin Griffiths
    3. Good Afternoon I have been asked to assist a friend who has Hungarian ancestry to find out more about her lineage. This is all that is known: Maria UNKNOWN born 14 Jun 1891 in Hungary. Maria had a child named Veronika Vera REVAY born 28 Nov 1917 in Budapest. Veronika moved to England and had a child there in 1941. I was able to locate that birth registration. Maria now named BLUM died 4 Nov 1993 in Hungary. I cannot find the births of Maria or Veronika or the death and burial of Maria BLUM in the limited records that I am able to access and I have no experience of researching in Hungary. I would be very grateful for any advice or assistance the experts on this List might be able to offer. Thank you. Regards Robin South Africa

    3.   Good Evening, Listers,   My name is Lou Barsi and I am new to the list.   My paternal relatives are from ORSZENTMIKLOS PEST MEGYE. My brother and sister-in-law visited there and bought back some wonderful pictures. I've had two strokes and cannot travel. My grandfather was SANDOR BARSI and died at age 29 of ifluenza. Does anyone know anything about this village and about the family?   My mother's family was the REMAK family and I finally discovered lines once they arrived in America but know nothing about their family in Hungary.   They both settled in Middlesex County, N.J.-- IN WOODBRIDGE TOWNSHIP. If anyone  has heard of either family, I would appreciate any information. Thank you.   Lou Barsi
