Hi! Yes, there is. Just moved east from CA in Jan 99 after 11 years in the Marysville area. Have been in the Yuba County Library California Room many times. They have old maps, family histories (a few), old newspapers, all sorts of things there. A good source of information. However they aren't open a couple of days a week so it's best to call them before you make a trip down there. Happy hunting!
