Surname change to Silva by Yuba County Gold Mining employer. He married Miss(Williams) and had one son, possibly two, Frank L. Silva born 10/09/1876 who later changed surname to (Sylva). Unsure if Joseph Silva born 11/30/1879 is sibling. Manuel deceased when Frank was 7 or 8 years of age approximately 1883 in Yuba County and buried in Rackerby or Oregon House. Williams remarried to gentleman with surname (Rose).
