On the home page type "Smartville" under City, and CA under State, and zoom in. Then move one step North. Rose's Bar is just North of Smartville at the bend in the Yuba River. There is also information about Smartville on the web. I found it by doing a search for "Rose's Bar, Yuba county, California" Rose Bar or Rose's Bar was named for John Rose of Scotland who established that town along with some other entrepreneurial things in California during the late 1840's.
