It also houses extensive mortuary files from 1964-1997. We are constantly working on updating our records as we discover new sources. The A's and B's are indexed and may be searched online. We are currently working on the rest of the alphabet. NEW - We have approximately 730 death notices and short obituaries from 1855 to 1884. They have been newly transcribed from our Florence Styles Room newspaper files. The index is not online at this time. You may request a free lookup. Our staff will gladly search our records for those names not yet indexed. If we have that record, we will provide a copy for a donation of $5.00.
