"WENSINGER--BEQUEATHS LARGE SUMS TO CHARITY--SANTA ROSA - (Sonoma Co.), December 8 - The will of the late Mrs. Theresa WENSINGER of Freestone and San Francisco has been filed for probate in the Superior Court by the Union Trust Company of San Francisco, which is named in the will as executor. While the petition states that the value of the estate is over $20,000 it is said that it will be between $200,000 and $400,000. With the benevolence which was a feature of her life, Mrs. WENSINGER remembers many charitable institutions of the Roman Catholic Church, and one-third of her property will find its way there. A number of bequests are made to relatives. Twenty thousand dollars is bequeathed to the Union Trust Company to be held in trust and the interest given to George O'FARRELL, a brother of the deceased, and on his death the sum is to be divided equally to the charitable institutions known as the Youths Directory, Children's Day Home, Home for Old People and Home for Incurab! les. To a sister, M.L. O'FARRELL, who is in a convent at Killarney, Ireland, the sum of $5,000 is given. The Orphans' Asylum in charge of the Christian Brothers and the Orphan Asylum for Girls conducted by the Sisters of Charity are each given $500. After bequests are all disposed of, the remainder of the estate is bequeathed to the Roman Catholic Archbishop in San Francisco for the maintenance and operation of St. Patrick's Seminary at Menlo Park."
