Her parents are Gilbert William and Frances Bridget Fox. She told family members she was born in Marysville, Yuba Co. When I wrote to the clerk's office, they stated that they never heard of Ethel. Ethel's grandmother, Wealthy Pierce, is listed on the 1900 census as residing in Parks Bar township which I understand no longer exists? What is the area formerly known as Parks Bar called now? It is possible I'm not looking in the right county for Ethel. Any help is appreciated.
