Hulsey,b. May 11, 1896, who died in Yuba County in 1961. He was born in Springdale, Arkansas, moved to Seligman, Missouri as a child and apparently moved to California as a young man. He was living in Wilimgton, California, in 1955. Any information would be much appreciated.
