Fonda in a book in the Los Angeles Public Library. The book discusses past Masters of the Masonic Lodge. I think the picture is from 1898. It shows pictures of past masters from California Lodge No. 1, San Francisco. I have read a number of items about Fondas who were sailors/captains of ships. I would be interested to find out any information about this man, and I am also looking for an Isaac V. Fondey, who may have also been known as Vrooman Fondy.
