Eugene Rideout. appointed Manager Pacific Telephone & Telegraph, 31 Jan 1939, Pg 1 J. R. Rideout, Partner Steamboat Line, James Ransom. There were a lot more Rideouts, but I was not sure if they were who you were looking for. The Rideouts who established the Hospital and the bank were a large family and were pioneers in Marysville.
