Not sure if was already answered, but here's what I found. Appeal-Democrat, 27 Aug 1986 Ruth R. Moller Services are pending at Ullrey Memorial Chapel for Ruth Rose Moller, 79, of Sutter, who died Aug 26, 1986, at Marysville Convalescent Hospital. Ibid, 28 Aug 1986 Ruth C. Moller Graveside funeral services will be held for Ruth C. Moller, 79, of Sutter, who died Aug 26, 1986, at the Marysville Convalescent Hospital. A native of Harrison County, Iowa, she had been an area resident for 37 years. Moller was a housewife during her adult years. Survivors include two sons, Bob Moller of Stawberry Valley, and Arthur Moller of Clinton, Ark; a daughter, Marie Clark of Sutter; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Graveside services are scheduled for 2 p.m., Friday in Sutter Cemetery with the Rev Ted Beevers officiating. Visitation will be from 9 am to 8 pm Thursday at Ullrey Memorial Chappel. As a general note, her death place, Marysville, is in Yuba County, while her residence is in Sutter (Sutter County). Also, Strawberry Valley is a small mountain village about 40 miles from Marysville (also Yuba County). My favorite restaurant was Gold Cup, but that's closed for some time. A quick check of the local phone does not list a Marie, but without the husband's name it might not there. Also, the probate index gives an entry for 8 Oct 1986 (Estate/Will), case number 9162. If you are interested in her death certificate, drop me a note at: sc_shepard@hotmail.com steve.shepard@beale.af.mil Also, the Yuba Roots web site (http://www.yubaroots.com/cemetery/sutter-mi.htm ) shows a Fred R Moller, Sr, Died 9 Aug 1985; is he related? I'm assuming since that site shows the same plot number. Someone (Kathy? on list has been very helpful in getting pictures of cemetery plots. I don't her email address, but she should be reachable through here. Try familychronicle.com/dating. They have some good articles on dating photos. When my husband died, I scanned all photos of him in his high school annuals, and mailed 6 years of them to the Czech Historical Society in Lombard, IL, wher he went to school. Maybe some people will see some of these annuals come home. Could they go to the Library in Marysville? Barbara, So far the only possible source is the YCHS Principle's office. Haven't had the chance to check it out, but will soon. Steve, You would want the Yuba City Library and or Yuba City High School. Barbara. Class of '55 Yuba City High
And on other related note, would this library also contain yearbooks for Yuba City High? (my mother-in-law, Beverly Joann Larsen, would have been roughly the class of 1953). Just curious if someone can do a lookup without too much trouble, along with anything else mentioned with her entry... thanks! steve -----Original Message----- From: cayuba-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:cayuba-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of jdaniel@mjusd.k12.ca.us Sent: Saturday, September 30, 2006 10:19 PM To: CAYUBA-L@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [CAYUBA] Marysville High School yearbooks/pictures This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. I would really appreciate any lookup you could do for people with the surname O'CONNOR who would have attended in the 1880's or 1890's. This may well be before any yearbooks were put together. Thank you--Kathy
