I do not think he knew anything about having a half sister. He died 12-10-1994. He was from VA and I dont know how long he lived in CA. I am not familar with CA, but i think he died in Oxnard, Ventura County. Any information about him would be great, and if someone looks up obits that would be great too. I am willing to pay for your time.
