His son, and my grandfather, is Sgt. Ernest Lozoya of AZ. My grandfather was raised in the Los Angeles area. Julian past away many years ago of alcoholism. I'm not sure where or when Julian was born, but I am guessing it was around 1900 seeing as how my grandfather is now 74. Not sure if this would help or ring any bells for you.
