I am a Harkey researcher. I lived in Oxnard /Port Hueneme area for 43 years from October 18, 1942 until July 1985. I attended Haydock, Roosevelt, Wilson Jr Hi and Oxnard High School graduated in 1953. I have the year books from Oxnard High from 1950 to 1953. There were other Harkey families who lived in Ventura in the 1920's they were distantly related. If anyone wishes to talk about those years in Oxnard and what they were like or if you went to school with Mary Alice Harkey who married Thomas Russell in 1953. Please write.
