He was born in 1938 or 1939. I am told Dec. 6 on one of those years and he died when he was either 6 or 9 mos. old of pneumonia. He is my Dad's brother and we do not know much about him. My Dad says that he thought his name was Robert. Maybe Robert Garland Miller born to Otis Garland Miller and Mildred Theresa Beckham-Miller . He was born when the lived at Port Huenema , Santa Paula, or Oxnard. Can someone please help me or give me info? thanks, Kristi
