Hairston Family of Texas Reunion On Sunday, July 28, 2002, the Hairston Family of Texas will hold its Annual Family Reunion at the Texas Senior Citizen Center in Milano, Milam County, Texas. The doors will open at 10:30 a.m. and lunch will be covered dish style. The Hairston family in Milam County essentially begins with James J. Hairston (1848-1930), son of Richard Lang Hairston and Catherine Priscilla Griffin. James married first, Mollie CAVE (1848- ca.1873), daughter of Henry W. Cave and Nancy Jane Bass. They had three children: Ann, Martha & Richard A. Hairston. James married second, Martha D.
