Her maiden name is Ashley, born South Carolina. I have been completely unsuccesful in finding any other information about here other than born in 1875. I have an unconfirmed single source that has here father as Joshaway Ashley, and mother as Virgie Yon. Other sources have a Seabrook Cave married to a DORA Ashley. Have yet to resolve differences. Nodie Ashley is my father's paternal grandmother, the son of William. Carrie was my father's aunt.

I am trying to find information on a Sinkler or St. Clair Cave who would have been in Botetourt County, VA in the 1830's and 1840's. He was my ggg-grandfather and I have no further information on him except that he had a daughter named Emeline who married Robert Hayes (Hays) and they latter moved to Braxton County VA/WVA. I thought that there might be some connection since the time frame and location are the same. Can anyone out there be of some assistance? Thank you in advance.
