Cosby Washington Sept. 10, 1953 -- Dec. 30, 1998 Robert Cosby, a physician last employed at Washington Hospital, died in Pittsburgh following complications from a lung transplant. He was 45. The native of Eugene, Ore., lived in Livermore before moving to Washington six years ago. Education: UC-Davis, St. George's University, Grenada, West Indies.
