My ggf, Washington Jackson (Hick) Causbie was born 21 June 1827 in Marshall County, TN, was married to Rhoda Ellen Russell on 23 Dec 1865 in Marshall Cty, Tn and died in Ash Flat (Sharp Cty) Arkansas in Sept 1898. He moved to Sharp County after losing wife Rhoda in Tn. about 1881. He was listed as age 23 in the 1850 Marshall Cty, Tn census - Ann Cosby was listed head of household. Brother, age 26, was Samuel Monroe Cosby. The spelling was changed to Causbie after 1850. The problem I have is no male name to trace in the 1850 census.
