Causby, a retired employee of John Peter Smith Hospital, died from complications of cancer Tuesday at a Bedford hospital. She was 83. Funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Causby was born in Kiefer, Okla. She was a member of the National Home League and past member of the Order of the Eastern Star. For many years, she attended the Salvation Army Chapel in Fort Worth. Survivors: Three sons, Richard Causby of Tulsa, Okla., Charles Causby of Sherman and Winfred Causby of Zimmerman, Minn.; seven daughters, Ida Ruth Gann of Batesville, Ark., Clara Wilmsen of Austin, Patricia Stohl of Springfield, Mo., Alice Stickney of Troy, Mo., Cathy Rasco of Arlington, Ann Rasco of Mansfield and Gina Skinner of Euless; sister, Ruth McKinney of Houston; brother, Robert Welder of San Antonio; 27 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
