Hello All. I have traced back on the cosby side back to a James Cosby who married a Mary Thurman. Mary Thurman her Fathers Name was Andrew Thurman and her Mothers Name was Rebecca Smith they were married in Powwhatan Co. VA. Rebecca Smith is the Daughter of John Smith. James and Mary had At least 7 children although I do not know all of their Names. They had an Andrew Jackson which is my direct descendent, they also had an Elijah Washington a James F a James M. a girl by the First initial B and a Girl with the first initial E. and a Girl with the initials J.M. James Died around 1850 and Then Mary traveled to Missouri to be with her children that was in Missouri. So Right Now I Am Stuck on James Anyone with any information I would appreciate it.
