I understand how the Haney and Bush families are related...does anyone know how these Cosby families are related? 1) George Wm. Cosby age 20 of Gainsborough, born in Caistor Tp., bachelor, farmer, Parents: John and Mary Ann Cosby, to Georgiana Bush age 21 of Gainsborough, born in Walpole Tp. spinster, Parents: Elmer and Lydia Bush. Witnesses: Jefferson Haney and Hanna Haney nee Bush of Candasville P.O. married: 4 December 1887 at the house of Jefferson Haney - Methodist - Rev. Owen Collomore. 2) Marilda Haney nee Cosby, born abt 1824-28 timeframe in Ontario. Married to Nelson Haney (son of Rev. Leonard Haney and Elizabeth Maynze) sometimes before 1842. She is/was buried in Dawdy's Cemetary (Hillside) in Ontario, in 1898. 3): Daniel Cosby 25y res.Caistor, b.Caistor, parents Alexander and Ann Cosby.
