He was the widower of Mary Boisseau Cosby and a retired employee of Exxon Inc. He is survived by one brother, Harold D. Cosby of Tappahannock; and a number of nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 12 Noon, Thursday, February 19, 1998, in Sunset Hill Cemetery, Burkeville.
