In the 1850 Breathiitt Co. Census she is listed as Martha Ann Oliver with her mother Betsy and sister Margaret J. Oliver. They are living with Betsy's fathers family. In the 1860 Breathitt Co. Census she is listed under the household of Henry Caudill (Betsy's brother) with her sister Margaret and they are using the Caudill name instead of Oliver. Betsy is not listed. Betsy also married a James Spicer. I cannot find her in the 1870 census and in the 1880 Breathitt Co. Census I find one Martha Caudill: 378. CAUDLE Martha 40 KKK (Wid.) Lewis 8 Sallie A. 6 Elisha 3 Samuel 1 Is this the same Martha Oliver Caudill and if so who did she marry and why is she going by the name of Caudill instead of Oliver? Any help would be appreciated
