I've been hitting a brick wall with her. Her name is Hazel Caudill Smith, her husband my grandpa is Donald Smith they had three children. Aunt Bernice,uncle Donald and my daddy Charles or Charlie smith. I was told she died the day daddy was born. He was born in Hazard Ky. His birth certificate says her maiden name is Caudill. My grandpa Donald was a coal miner. When he remarried it was to another woman named Hazel. I think my grandpa died in 1970. He died from black lung. I think she was either 25 or 28 when she died.I also have siblings that I've yet to meet.Dad has no clue where they are. Thanks in advance. Alison Whitehead
