Collins, born May 16, 1929, died April 4, 1999, last residence was Springville, CA. Springville is a small community up above Porterville in the foothills. Also listed is a Robert D. Collins, born Dec. 14, 1932, died April 12, 1995. The last residence is not listed so I can't tell where he may have died. There are obituaries for both Donald and Robert Collins available through the Tulare Public Library Genealogy Room. The obituaries were published in the Porterville Evening Recorder. The obituary publishing date for Robert D Collins is May 2, 1995. The difference in the date of death and date of obituary could indicate he died out of state and the paper was late in being notified.
