Joseph N. Thomas was in Tulare Co, CA, by 1859 when he married and possibly by 1849 by family tradition. He came from Patrick Co, VA. His parents were Washington & Mary (Frans) Thomas. I descend from Joseph's sister, Nancy Thomas (wife of Reuben Martin Wells). I would like to contact anyone that is researching Joseph or that knows anything about him. He was apparently divorced and in Kern Co, CA, in 1880. Thanks. Sylvia Nash
