He was born February 3rd, 1953 and died December 20th, 1987. There are a lot of questions of where and who he was with at the time of his death. The Tulare County Sheriffs ruled it a suicide. Just curious if anyone had spoken to or seen him around the time of his death. Looking to see what he was up to. Anonymous is fine I just want to know about him. I was only 11 years old when it happened. Thanks!
